She was famed for flaunting an incredibly trim and toned stomach throughout both of her pregnancies - and now lingerie model Sarah Stage is causing just as much of a stir by showing off her totally flat tummy just weeks after giving birth to her second child. 

The 33-year-old proudly revealed on Tuesday that she has already reached her pre-baby weight, sharing an image of herself posing in a matching Calvin Klein lingerie set to mark the momentous occasion. 

But aside from mother-of-two Sarah's unbelievably enviable physique, the most surprising thing about the post is her revelation that she achieved her postpartum transformation without exercising.
