And Jessica Wright, 32, was keen to show off the results as she shared a sizzling before and after snap to Instagram on Monday. 

The side-by-side snaps showed the former TOWIE star clad in a cutaway swimsuit during her holiday to Marrakech in 2014, next to a recent snap of her noticeably trimmer physique. 

She went on to credit the overhaul to her new diet and fitness regime.
