The actress, 27, was last seen with the tech entrepreneur, 37, on a dinner date in New York City in late May.
It's claimed the couple have subsequently parted ways, with a source close to the Ivy League-educated pair telling UsWeekly they split 'earlier this year'.
The duo were first spotted together in October 2015 at a showing of the Broadway musical Hamilton in New York City.
The actress was pictured out and about in Paris, France, as news of the split broke.
