Annabella, described as the resident herb mother at Gallow Green, the rooftop restaurant at the McKittrick Hotel, is welcoming children ages 6 through 11 to learn all about potions and plantings and to pot some greenery to take home. Afternoon tea — with pink lemonade for young guests — will be served, and each participant may bring a favorite stuffed animal or doll. (Each adult attending must be accompanied by at least one and no more than three children; each child should bring a recyclable bottle.)
